Stalvart Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7-10 workingย days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items, such as personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Orders section in your Stalvart account.

  2. Select the item you want to return and click “Request Return.”

  3. Choose the reason for the return and provide any necessary details.

  4. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our pickup agent (if applicable) or ship it to our return center.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10ย  workingย business days.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color variations (if stock is available).

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Personalized/custom-made products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Health & hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)

  • Grocery Items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7-10 working days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery.
